Back to their roots with Fron Goch’s rebrand
New client, Fron Goch Garden Centre & Restaurant, sent us a brief for a direct mailer to go to their core consumer base. It was clear from the brief that the content, look and feel did not fit with their current branding and that they wanted a change. We took it upon ourselves to create a new brand positioning for them alongside the direct mail project.
Fron Goch’s core values were key to the design but we wanted to create a brand that appealed to a family target audience as well as the core consumer of gardeners. We worked on the balance between traditional and contemporary both in design and tone of voice.
We explored a few design routes that encompassed the key values of heritage, premium products with a contemporary sensibility. As heritage was key to the brief and with the Garden Centre & Restaurant based in Wales, we ensured that the strapline for the logo was bi-lingual. We produced brand guidelines for the preferred route so that Fron Goch could see how it appealed to the target audience and how it could be implemented across marketing materials.
Fron Goch are thrilled with the new look and are rolling it out across all marketing work and on their website.
