Greg
Levitt – Designer
Greg is the most recent addition to the
Spring creative team. With his fifteen years worth of design
industry experience, he brings with him a wealth of creative
knowledge.
His graphic design skills first
came to the fore with an appearance on Blue Peter in the
early 1980’s,
coming third in a competition to design a poster for the Natural
History Museum (admittedly he was only 12 but he should have
come first!).
After getting his BA (Hons) Graphic Design degree
from the Norwich School of Art, Greg moved to Brighton where
he spent three years as a freelance illustrator, with clients
including Postman Pat and Ambrosia.
Greg also began working
as a graphic designer producing interactive CD-ROMs for a company
in Worthing before moving to Pavilion Publishing in Brighton,
to set up their in-house design studio. After five years designing
for the health and social care sector, he left to work as a
freelance designer, including photography and digital film
editing.
He was recently romanced back into full time employment
with a job offer from Spring that was just too tempting to
resist!
Greg spends far too long watching Hammer horror movies
and even more time lost in the world of ‘70s progressive
rock and his Spectrum 48k. He has a girlfriend, a cat,
enjoys travel, and is interested in working with children
and promoting world peace.
