Sean
Langridge – Creative
Director
Tasked with harnessing
and directing all of that creative energy generated by the
Spring design team, plus ensuring that the studio keeps abreast
of the latest advances in design technology, Sean remains
'hands on' and somehow still finds time to create stunning
design solutions himself.
The whole Spring team, and more importantly the clients, all benefit from tapping
into his 20 years of design and production experience.
Sean started his career as a signwriter, which was the best training in typography
going.
After one cold winter out on the trestles however, the
call of a warm design studio was too strong. After five
years with the advertising agency Carter & Partners,
followed by a supervisory role in a large corporate in-house studio, Sean decided
to start his own creative design company. A strong believer that creativity
cannot be taught, the business was aptly named Creative
Instinct and duly launched in 1999.
After six successful years, Creative Instinct merged with Spring Marketing in
October 2005 in order to expand its client services. The rest so they say, is
history.
Life outside of Spring generally revolves around a mix of family life, a love
of music, and a keen interest in rugby and Guinness.
